Application Process:

  • Visit the nearest PNB Bank to apply for PNB ATM/Debit Card.
  • Fill the application form with necessary details like Name, Mobile number, City, Address, Email ID, etc.,
  • Attach the required documents.
  • Affix Photographs and Submit.

Transaction Limit

  • For Platinum Card – Cash withdraw limit per day is 50,000/-, cash withdraw limit one time is 15,000/- & ECOM/POS consolidated limit is Rs. 1,25,000/-
  • For Classic Card – cash withdraw limit per day is 25,000/-, cash withdraw limit one time is 15,000/- & ECOM/POS consolidated limit is Rs. 60,000/-

Add-on Cards

The customer can avail the facility of 2 additional cards for his/her family members (include parents, spouse, and kids only). All cards work on the main account of the primary cardholder. A maximum of 3 accounts (one primary + 2 other accounts) can be added to a single card only at the time of issuance of the card. Transactions of supplementary cardholders are allowed on any account at PNB ATM only.

Complimentary Lounge access

MasterCard provides access to the participating lounges one time per calendar quarter per card. RuPay Domestic Airport lounge access program provides access to the participating lounges 2 times per calendar quarter per card. NPCI also introduced an international lounge access program for ATM/DebitPlatinum cardholders. In this program, customers can access two (2) times per card per annum in any of the participating lounges.

Insurance Cover

The accidental /disability insurance for platinum cardholders is Rs. 2 Lacs and the accidental/disability insurance for classic cardholders is Rs. 50,000/-

Loss/Theft of ATM or Debit Card

In case of loss/theft of the card, the Cardholder shall immediately Block/Hotlist his /her card to avoid any misuse for safety reason :

  • By calling customer care representative at 24 hours toll-free helpline numbers 1800 180 2222, 1800 103 2222 /through paid helpline number 0120-2490000.
  • By sending SMS (HOTspaceCard Number) e.g. HOT 5126520000000021 to 5607040 from your registered mobile number.
  • By contacting any PNB branch.
PNB Prepaid Cards

PNB Uphaar Card:

PNB Uphaar Card is a versatile card that can be used at Point of Sale Terminals & can also be used for e-commerce transactions. The features of the PNB Uphaar card are as follows:

  • PNB Uphaar Card can be purchased for a minimum of Rs.500/- and a maximum of Rs.50,000/-.
  • The charges levied for this card is Rs.20/- & would be valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
  • The minimum amount is Rs. 500/- and the maximum amount is Rs. 50000/-
  • Daily usage limits up to Rs. 25000/- and this card is Is enabled for use at Point of sale terminals and E-Commerce.
  • The PNB Uphaar Card would be issued & used only as a Gift card.
  • PNB Uphaar will not have the facility of withdrawals.
  • The validity of the PNB Uphaar Card would be restricted to one year from the date of issuance of the card and the card cannot be reloaded.

PNB Suvidha Card:

Suvidha Card is a pre-paid card to be used for personal usage /used by Corporates for making payment of salary/incentives/bonus etc., to their employees /for any other purpose apart from giving out as gifts.

  • PNB Suvidha Card can be purchased by Account holders & others. Customers who do not have an account in PNB can avail of the card by producing valid KYC documents.
  • This Card may get through payment from their account /by cheque.
  • This card can be used at ATMs, Point of Sale (POS) Terminals for purchases & for e-commerce transactions.
  • The minimum amount of this card is Rs. 500/- and the maximum amount is Rs. 50000/-
  • The daily usage limit is up to Rs. 25000/- separately for ATMs as well as POS & e-commerce transactions.
  • The PNB Suvidha Card will have the facility for fund transfer through PNB ATMs from PNB to PNB accounts.

RuPay PMJDY: 

Under Pradhan Manthri Jan Dhan Yojana, these cards are issued to SBBDA account holders. The Benefits & features of RuPay PMJDY are as follows:

  • The main objective of PMDJY card issuance is to achieve financial inclusions by providing maximum benefits.
  • Benefits of this card are Digital services through cards, Free insurance facility, Cashless convenience, etc.,
  • This is a RuPay Classic Card.
  • The daily cash limit is Rs.25000 & POS transaction limit is Rs.60,000/-

RuPay KISAN:

  • This is RuPay Classic debit card and issued to KCC customers for use only in India.

RuPay MUDRA:

RuPay MUDRA is a non-personalized co-branded card along with with with MUDRA (Micro  Units Development and Refinance Agency) ltd. and issued on the RuPay platform. The benefits & features are as follows:

  • This debit card can be used to draw cash from any ATM or BC or make purchases using POS terminals.
  • E-Commerce Transactions.
  • Cash withdrawal at PNB ATMs is up to Rs. 25,000/- per day, Limit per withdrawal at PNB ATMs is Rs. 15,000/-, Rs. 10,000/- per day at other Bank ATMs and POS transactions limit is up to Rs.60,000/- per day
  • At present, the annual charges are Rs. 100/- + service tax, it would be levied on each card issued, after 1 year of the card issuance.

RuPay SAMAGRA:

This card is issued to the customers under the samagra scheme as per the direction of Govt. of Madhya Pradesh. The features are:

  • This card is issued only in Madhya Pradesh.
  • This card can be issued in SBBDA accounts opened under the SAMAGRA scheme in Madhya Pradesh.
  • The daily cash limit is Rs.25000 & POS transaction limit is Rs.60,000/-
  • The accidental death insurance cover of Rs. 1Lac is available.

RuPay BHAMASHAH:

This card is issued to the customers under the BAMASHAH scheme as per the direction of Govt. of Rajasthan. The features are:

  • This card is issued only in Rajasthan.
  • This card can be issued in SBBDA accounts opened under the BAMASHAH scheme in Rajasthan.

Pungrain HSAMB Arthiya:

PNB participated in the project for grain procurement of the Haryana Government. Under this project PNB launching cards for Arthiyas of Mandis of Haryana State Agricultural Board. The features are as follows:

  • This card is a magnetic stripe card.
  • Cash withdrawal will be through RuPay enabled ATMs only.
  • Card and PIN both are required at ATMs and POS terminals for the operation of the card.
  • It can be used only in India.
  • Cash withdrawal at PNB ATMs is up to Rs. 25,000/- per day, Limit per withdrawal at PNB ATMs is Rs. 15,000/- and POS transactions limit is up to Rs.60,000/- per day

Pungrain KISAN:

PNB has been participating in the project for the foodgrain procurement through electronic remittance of the Punjab Government as an issuer and acquirer of the Bank. Under this project, PNB already launched Personalized Pungrain RuPay Debit cards for Arthiyas of designated Mandis of the Punjab Govt. on 1st phase. In the second Phase, PNB launching Personalized Pungrain Kisan RuPay Cards for farmers. The features are as follows:

  • This card is a magnetic stripe card.
  • The card will be issued to the farmers having a KCC limit/Saving Fund Account/ Current Account in the bank.
  • Cash withdrawal through RuPay enabled ATMs only.
  • Card and PIN both are required at ATMs and POS terminals for the operation of the card.
  • It can be used only in India.
  • Cash withdrawal at PNB ATMs is up to Rs. 25,000/- per day, Limit per withdrawal at PNB ATMs is Rs. 15,000/- and POS transactions limit is up to Rs.60,000/- per day

Fees and Charges

  • Debit Card Annual Fee from the 2nd year onwards is Rs.100/- + GST
  • Charges for issuance of Add on Card is Rs. 100/-

Is there any limit for PNB Debit Card transactions?

Ans. There shall be no limit on the number of transactions that can be undertaken. This limit is applicable to ALL variants of ATM/Debit Cards.

What are the Guidelines for failed ATM transactions?

Ans. Complaints lodged against failed ATM transactions will be resolved within 7 working days of receipt of complaints. For delayed resolution, compensation of Rs.100 per day will be paid if the claim is lodged within 30 days of the date of the transaction. All such complaints are lodged at our Customer Relationship Centre by calling # 0120-2490000 and (Toll-Free)18001802222; 1800 103 2222.

Is There Any Fee For The Issuance Of Debit Card?

Ans. PNB Debit Card is issued free of cost. However a nominal fee of Rs. 100 per year will be levied after one year of Card issuance every year.
